Starbucks coffee cupcake and buttercream

I can only do a full dozen of cupcakes. While I love doing special requests of things I have never done before, when I hear someone say “I want a half dozen of these, and then three of those…” I quake in my little red baking boots. I still have to make the cupcakes as full dozens and unless I have someone ordering the exact same thing as you, it’s just not cost effective for me to do it that way. Plus, I’d have to freeze cupcakes and then I couldn’t call them fresh, and that would be a bad thing. I still want your business, though, so let's try to work something out.

Hand made toppers for a bachelorette party

The old ‘pick up, drop off.’ You are more than welcome to call me and say “I need 48 cupcakes by tomorrow at noon and I will be by to pick them up.” Hooray for you! As Martha would say, "It's a good thing." But if you want me to bring the treats to you, I have to charge a travel fee. Gas is outrageous! Surely you understand.
